- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆One of the most incompetent banks or credit unions I have ever dealt with, ever. Called in November to set up a business account. Explain I'm at an out of state branch and can I handle the application online? Sure, you can FAX it in (who still does that?!?), so we do. It's now April and all this time we have been emailing and asking what's the hold up when we are finally told today that we can't open an account but in person. Wow...way to thoroughly embrace technology and business. I would never recommend this company.By Dawn Bird, January 28, 2017
